OMG — Pinoy Idol is awesome! This is exactly how Pinoy Idol should be run. Some really emotional nakaka-luha moments, the funny laugh at ourselves moments, and then the truly ridiculous. Congratulations GMA!

If there’s anything I hate about this show though, it’s Raymond Gutierrez. Omigosh, Raymond, try to lose some weight, you look like you are not getting any exercise. There’s nothing wrong with a few pounds, but on you, specially in comparison to your twin, doesn’t look flattering. Okay? But then in a way, that’s okay… we can also talk about your weight on the side, just like everyone talks about Paula Abdul’s alleged alcohol abuse.

Rickey’s verdict: Let the phenomenon begin!

    i have to agree, maganda ang pagkagawa ng pinoy idol. saka marami ring magaling kumanta na pilipino, kulang nga lang sa looks pero pag dating nila sa manila baka ma-make over naman sila.

    I agree,, it's great to see Pinoy Idol on GMA Pinoy TV especially in when AI fever is going on... I can't wait for the new episodes...

    It was almost perfect, just what you said... All except Raymond.... Sana nga papayat si Raymond... Di talaga bagay especially when you compare him to Richard.. It would have been better if Drew Arellano or even Richard Gutierrez hosted Pinoy Idol... Especially when you expect someone like Ryan Secreast... He's a good host, just lose some weight like you said!

    Anyways, great job, Pinoy Idol..

    I agree with vegasbabe, some are funny, Filipinos are good... Kulang lang sa itsura.. Pero, makeover lang ang katapat nyan... Goodluck to everyone!

    The First episode was nice yeah?!

    You would have a roller coaster of emotions as you would watch the episode. Kakakikilig yung mga couples, funny yung ibang auditions, inspirational and etc.

    It was a great episode, especially that they started it in Mindanao! My highschool classmate's brother was given a golden ticket! Good luck sa iyo The third.

    Anyways Raymond was super thin before! Actually thinner than Richard, then Management had to step in saying he needs to gain a few pounds because his being gay was actually obvious as a thin guy. So that is why he is trying to be chubby, it is less obvious. Do you get the logic?

    PI Primer = Okay. Hope the show will improve in the next few weeks. Kainis lang yung voting nila, txt lang, tapos one whole week pa... tsk tsk tsk.. dapat kc twice a week toh eh.. just like AI. But anyway, I hope magiging mataas ang ratings ng show na toh, and this will become a phenomenon..hihihhihi

    I've heard great things so far. (Well, except for Raymond's noticeable weight issue. hehehe)
