Smith returned to custody of US embassy (INQ7)
Another over-the-top comment from those activists who are using this case for political gain:
Private prosecutor Evalyn Ursua, lawyer for Subic rape victim Nicole, said President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo should be impeached for allowing the transfer of Smith to US custody.
“I am sure without her order, this transfer will not be possible,” she said.
Ursua said her group would also file criminal cases against Foreign Affairs Secretary Alberto Romula, Justice Secretary Raul Gonzalez and all those responsible for Smith?s transfer.
“They are all rapists. They raped our Constitution. They should all be held criminally liable,” Ursua said.
Ano ba yan? She’s a lawyer, she should know what rape is — but obviously she doesn’t. How does one rape the Constitution? I’m sick of all this rhetoric.

The hosting and singing of Jan Manual and Prince Stefan was horrible but unbelievably entertaining at the same time! Hahaha. Perfect trainwrecks. Top 14 na sila. And to think the survivors voted Jan and Prince to be out — they have no clue! Anything that makes you cringe then laugh at the same time is good in my book.

Prince Stefan is competing with Jan Manual for the Chuck Allie-bading factor.
Lahat ng girls ok except Chariz na napaka-chariz. (Mga kapatid na lang niya ang mag-join next year! Haha)
Ang yaman pala ni Lui Perez. Golfer pala siya — diba mahal yun?
Should I root for Chad Burden? Diba we like people from Cebu? (Bizdak, Bisrock)
I actually like Rich from Bohol. And medyo na touch ako with Jean’s sob story.
I think the big question on everybody’s mind: May talent ba sila? Let’s just wait a couple of days for the artista tests.

Today was the intriga episode which introduced us to some interesting tsismis. Tanong ko lang kay Jesi Corcuera: paano naman naging major threat si Kiko Junio? Saan? Hahaha. I think they will keep Jesi around for the novelty, but I now seriously doubt her winability. Although, the Jesi-Kris Bernal-Lui Perez love triangle was cute.
Grabe din pala ang intriga kay Jewel Mische. Be strong Jewel!
Also, bakit walang VTR si Mart Escudero? Was he sick? Get well Mart!
At grabe ang airtime na binigay kay Charing Solomon, ha.
