Jolina, iha, you cannot allow yourself to be dressed like this in public. Ano ka, flower? OMG, ang panget nito! This is worse than Yasmien-Kurdi-fashion. Meron ba talagang salamin sa GMA? No one should be caught wearing this outfit. You would have been better off wearing your jeans. Kaninong design ‘to? Ang panget.

Regine Velasquez is back! And Pinoy Pop Superstar just had a reformat of sorts… which still doesn’t work. Just how many times will they callback these callbacks??? Diyos ko. I think its already the fourth time the Tanada girl appeared on the show. What a bad idea. I suggest a complete reformat.
Pinoy Pop Superstar can still work if they had talents with some x-factor in them. Or if not, try to manufacture it a little. Find a Nora-Aunor-type who can sing well, and then do a make-over for the viewers to see. They’ll love that. Just pour in a bit more creativity, and GMA can still make this show work. And no more flying on stage, please.
I only continue to post about this show out of habit. Notice that all I’ve been looking at are Regine’s dresses and not the singing? Ang panget na talaga kasi.
The staff of GMA’s SOP Gigsters has pretty much ran out of ideas. This Love Connection thing is so ridiculous, kahit si Rainier Castillo natatawa na sa ginagawa niya. I actually feel bad since if you like watching TV in Manila, you are stuck with either GMA or ABS-CBN, and the general viewing experience for both sucks right now. These TV stations are quite lucky since there is no alternative source for entertainment in the Philippines for the masses. Imagine if Internet access and cable TV were more prevalent or if DVDs and widescreen TVs were more ubiquitous. The problem is, GMA and ABS-CBN moreso, try to stick to formula. However, I believe you can tweak “formula” and make it look fresh and innovative. Passing a teddy bear around while dancing is not innovative. It’s cheap. Kaninong idea ‘to? I hated it.
